Strengthening you core has many benefits now & in the long term such as :
Keeping a good posture and supporting your back.
Keeping bowel continence in later life.
Increasing your power which is beneficial in almost every sport as you have a stronger base to drive your legs & arms from.
A more pleasing tighter torso.
So we have given you 4 exercises to help with all these aspects starting easy…ish and getting progressively harder. We understand this will be tough for many off you but they used to be for us too! You just have to keep trying.
So enjoy it & have a go with you mates & laugh and when one of you falls, or take it more seriously it’s all your choice but it’s all GREAT for you regardless.
