  3. I've just found your channel and it's really really great and seems effective! The only thing is that there are lot of jumping movements and my neighbours don't really like it. I know that jumping is good as a part of cardio and hiit, but maybe you could do a series of "silent hiit" training with less jumping and more strength, weight lifting etc, it's just an idea. 🙂

  5. WOW, that ab burners should be called ab, arm and back killer.  I can’t believe how hard they were for me doing them at the same pace as you, you make it look so easy BUT IT AINT EASY AT ALL. Know Im off to do Day 2 and see how that goes for me!!!!

  8. I've been doing a 30 day program with you for a while, but I'm taking a break from the high impact stuff because an old stress fracture is bothering me.
