  2. I totally gave up on cardio workout . Idk wat it is but i get so tired so fast . i get lightheaded and dizzy and i have asthma so that doesnt help either even when i eat before i workout and have tons of water ( i workout about 2 3 hours after i eat and i dont eat big meals b4 i workout )
    But its weird cuz when im at school in gym when im runnin around im fine i dont get it
    Im only focusing on my abs obliques and thighs i jus wanna tone them up . Can they still get toned up without cardio

  3. You can definitely get toned without cardio, but I would talk to your doctor before you get started into exercising again, just to be safe.
