How to make gluten free rice sourdough bread starter (subtitles)

starter recipe

3 tablespoons rice flour
1 teaspoon brown sugar
3 tablespoon water from pickles
a little bit of boiled, warm water to optain the right consistency

Glass jar, linen or cotton cloth and a rubber band.

All the ingredients mix together well, adding enough water to optain consistency of a ‘sour cream’. Cover it with a cloth and secure with a rubber band. After 24 hours add 1 tablespoon rice flour and litlle bit of water to optain again same consistency. Repit this step for the next 3-4 days this your saurdough had a acetic, sour odor and air bubbles (seen in the video).

  1. I cannot eat wheat, corn or rye or any gluten. Am grateful for the home made pickles water in it . Thank you so much. Am also looking for the mix flour recipe for the bread made of a variety of gluten free flours such as potato, millet, rice, spelt, oat.
