250g minced meat
half onion or one small onion
1 clove of garlic
salt 2tsp
some pepper

250ml water
1 egg
about 300g flour, add so much as to make dough
2tsp salt

  1. Eh when i make pelmeni then i fucking mess up the kitchen :/ just did em yesterday and the neighbors came and said What are you doing now and i said im makin pelmeni and neighbors came in to eat ALL MY FUCKING PELMENI

  2. we also have it here in Turkey , it's called "mantı" and instead of sour cream or mayonaise , we serve it with Yogurt.
    also the meat dumplings can be a lot smaller than that.
