G’day mate, how’s it going? Yep so another baking video! I hope you enjoy and in the morning when I wake up I’ll put the recipe and all that stuff in the description because I am been lazy tonight 🙂

Ingredients
Base:
185g Butter
100g chocolate
1 egg lightly beaten
250g packet plain biscuits – crushed
1 cup coconut

Filling:
70g butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbs custard powder
60g cream cheese
2 cups icing sugar
3 55g cherry ripe bars – chopped
(1/4 cup milk if to dry)

Recipe
Base:
Grease a 20x30cm tray. Melt butter and chocolate in a bowl over hot water (or you can microwave it). Stir in egg. Combine biscuits, coconut and stir i n butter mixture. Press into tray.

Filling:
Beat butter, cream cheese and vanilla until light and fluffy. Gradually beat in icing sugar and custard powder (sifted). Spread over base and sprinkle with cherry ripe 🙂
