  1. is it just a silent mike thing to have both hands facing back? I see a lot of people with their hands facing either direction

  2. Good video, but the guy does the motion way too fast. Slower, or at least playing the lift in slow motion so we can analyze it would be helpful.

  3. I'm a lot quicker locking out then I am pulling off the ground in Deadlifts, what are some good lifts I can do to help that problem? besides obviously deadlifting more hhaha

  4. Aggressively extending quads to push into the floor before pulling into you…. Interesting queue. I'll have to try this. Trying to chase a 550 conventional deadlift at 6'4.
