  3. Honestly, the abs section was a myth today for me. I think I was doing them for 25 sec instead of 50 ???.55% is the most I gave for this entire workout. Workout complete 03.04.2017 – 5.35am.

  4. I can't believe I was able to do the whole workout, this is one of my favorite. It's challenging, makes me sweat a lot, works on my abs, obliques, butt, thigh, and it's cardio.

FitnessBlender , I just wanted to thank you so much fr all the free help you give from your channel and how much youve changed my life; I started doing these about two years ago when I was getting off of hard drugs and changing my life around, I was also very overweight almost 200 hundred pounds, and you guys opened the door for me to change with your straight to the point excercise videos. I am now sober and 140 pounds, and happy with my life. Ive also started weight lifting and becoming a lot more ripped! Thank you again for all you have done for me, and so many others. God bless!

  7. I love this workout! Time literally flew; the first time I checked the time was at 22 minutes and I was like: " Daaang, this felt like 7 minutes". In the end, the Hiit pushed me just to the part where I couldnt do anymore. Thanks so much, Kellie. this is amaziiing ?

  9. I CANNOT DO THE DOWNWARD DOG. ESPECIALLY WITH THE LEG LIFT. I'm cool with needing to improve in stuff, but being so far from it s frustrating :p
