  1. lmao you dont need deadlifts for a big back 90 percent of golden era bodybuilders didnt even bother because of thickening obliques

  2. Why does he straighten/stretch out his legs in between each rep? Like he puts his ass back in the air. Is there a reason? benefit?

  3. Love those warm-up tips. Deadlifts feel much more solid and stronger. One more tip if I may. For all the relatively new lifters out there, get your form and cue in order so you don't spend too much time at the bottom position thinking about the pull. Get into position, grab barbell, and just pull. Don't unnecessarily waste energy. Thanks!

  4. Bradley if i send you a video of me deadlifting on instagram can you tell me how to improve my form ? cheers bro

  5. Man I'm 15 right now and i honestly want to deadlift 315 so fucking bad, I've been trying so damn hard. I can hit 275 right now and just decided to come back to this video for some help. Thanks Brad for the help you big SOB <3

  6. Yo that's exactly what happened to me, I had bad form when I was clean and jerking and fractured my L5 vertebrae so don't just shrug this stuff off make sure you guys have good form or it's gonna fuck you guys over

  7. Hey man I just recently started watching your videos and you're a huge inspiration for my fitness goals.– I don't know if you've covered this before but what days do you recommend doing dead lifts? Back day or leg day?

  8. Arms are to hold the weight, not lift the weight. your arms should be loose and relaxed, only tension is squeezing the bar.

    Taught was the right word.

  9. How the fuck do people work out with huge ass headphones bro? I would sweat balls and be hot as fuck. I am gonna one up all you hoes and strap a mufukn boombox to each ear. Imagine the neck development you can get from that yo. I don't even listen to music when I lift. I am in my basement watching motivational videos of other lifter heavy ass shit….like real shit…like poop in barrels bro.

  10. I have found that 10 mins on the cardio row machine is the best way to warm up entire body and muscles before a workout. It provides good warmup tension and stretching through your entire body.

  11. oh maaan what i would do to be able to lift 7 plates….

Anyone know the average of what someone can train up to in their entire life? I'm guessing most people can't get 7 plates even after reaching their genetic potential?

  12. i do olympic weightlifting and i'm one of the top lifters in my weight class in the country. im about to try a power lifting meet and want to know if my deadlift is good. i can do 110 kgs
